You will receive expert advice from professionals and can also book trial lessons at the "nordic academy" or develop further in your sport in special training and exercise programs.
Markus Förmer (owner nordic academy) studied training and movement sciences. Besides his studies he completed numerous state trainings like: State association trainer soccer, state instructor training in cross-country skiing, skiing, tennis, squash, state certified cross-country skiing trainer.
Other areas of emphasis in his studies were competitive and health sports or sports therapy and a combination of medical, psychological and pedagogical electives. He is a Nordic Walking Master Trainer and a lecturer in various training and health institutions. With the nordic academy in Hochfilzen, he has been active for many years in tourism management, preventive and fitness sports. Numerous publications as well as the creation of the training DVD "Nordic Walking ABC" in several languages underline his competence and versatility.
